About UNRYU FUUKODOU

For many years, I have been making a living as a face maker of traditional crafts, OSHIE-HAGOITA.

In Japan, it is widely known that people decorate HAGOITA in the New Year to celebrate the birth of a female baby At the same time, old customs such as displaying zodiac signs to make wishes for the new year and welcoming lucky charms continue to survive.
From now on, our company will not only make OSHIE-HAGOITA for the New Year.

In the future, our company would like to propose ways to incorporate *ZODIAK signs, lucky charms, ~HUUSUI, etc. into daily life, not just the OSHIE-HAGOITA for New Year’s, so that everyone can enjoy them throughou the four seasons.

ZODIAK
belt of the heavens within about 8° either side of the ecliptic, including all apparent positions of the sun, moon, and most familiar planets.
It is divid into twelve equal divisions or signs (Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricom, Aquarius, Pisces).

HUUSUI
system of laws considered to govern spatial arrangement and orientation in relation to the flow of energy (qi) and whose favorable or unfavorable ffects are taken into account when siting and designing buildings.

Not stick to tradition

We would like to suggest ways to incorporate it and enjoy it in all seasons.
